CMG is a mortgage banker – underwriting, closing, and funding loans, as well as a mortgage broker – offering loan products from dozens of lenders. As a result, CMG offers the broadest selection of mortgage products at the most competitive rates. CMG's wholesale lending division offers a broad range of "A" products. This includes financing for primary residences, vacation homes, and investment properties; creative solutions for complex or unusual mortgage requirements; a range of fixed and adjustable rate mortgages, with various rate and point options available; purchase, refinance, and home equity lines of credit.
